Dimensional planes
The dimensional planes are an element that help convey the idea of transition from Today to Tomorrow. This transition becomes visual either by means of using the Today and Tomorrow colors (cf. below), or merely by using the two shapes that together convey a sense of movement. The following rules and guidelines apply:
-
on iconic areas (e.g. front pages of web sites/ covers of brochures and magazines/ads - not necessarily all banners, however, if several are placed together )
-
there must always be no more and no less than one pair of dimensional planes
-
the most dominant (i.e. most often the biggest plane, but could also be a re-curring plane across a website) plane must be in the Tomorrow color. The other plane must be one of the other primary colors. The preferred combination is Today to the left and Tomorrow to the right (see example below)
-
On entirely green backgrounds, however, where you would not be able to see a Tomorrow colored plane, it is allowed to make such plane in one of the other primary colors (see example below)
-
-
-
on non-iconic areas
-
if used, Dimensional Planes can be colored in all colors from the Novozymes' palette
